A cast-concrete chapel in a forest clearing, where daylight is the only ornament.

The chapel is approached through a narrow passage between two walls, which opens into a single tall room lit from a slot in the roof.

Everything is in-situ concrete, cast against rough boards so the grain of the timber stays in the walls. There are no windows at eye level: the forest is heard, not seen.
