Ninety-four rental homes in deep red brick, stepping down towards the harbour edge.

Fjordhus replaces a car park on the harbour with ninety-four homes for rent, from one-room flats to family homes with four bedrooms. Every home has a recessed balcony facing the water.

The blocks step down from seven floors at the street to four at the quay, keeping the harbour front open to the sun in the afternoon.
